These Terms govern your use of the C Lux website and purchases completed through direct communication.

1) About the website (catalogue only)

1. The website presents a curated catalogue of pre-owned luxury items. Prices are not currently displayed.
2. The “Add to cart” function has been replaced with a contact/quote request form.

2) Contract formation (how a sale is made)

A binding contract is formed only when:

1. C Lux issues a written quote,
2. the customer accepts the quote in writing, and
3. C Lux confirms payment receipt and acceptance (written confirmation).

3) Pricing, currency, and payment

1. Prices are provided in euros and confirmed in the quote.
2. Payment methods: PayPal and MB Way [where available].
3. Ownership transfers only once full payment has cleared.

4) Product condition and descriptions

1. All items are pre-owned and may show signs of prior use. Condition is described as accurately as possible.
2. Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur due to lighting and device displays.

5) Authenticity

1. C Lux is committed to authenticity and may use independent verification services such as Entrupy.
2. Any certificates, packaging, or accessories included with an item will be confirmed in the quote.

6) Shipping

Shipping terms (carrier, cost, insurance, and timeframe) are confirmed in the quote. Operational details are set out in “Shipping Information”.

7) Returns, withdrawals, and the C Lux security tag

1. Returns and refunds are governed by the “Returns and Refunds” policy, which forms part of these Terms.
2. All shipped items include a C Lux security tag. If the tag is removed or tampered with, the item is not eligible for a change-of-mind return, and any refund may be reduced (up to full value) where permitted by mandatory law.

8) Legal guarantee and conformity (Portugal; consumers)

For consumer sales governed by Portuguese law, statutory conformity rights apply. For used goods, the statutory period may be reduced to 18 months by express agreement, where lawful and clearly stated in the transaction documents.
