At C Lux, shipping is handled with discretion, security, and attention to detail, reflecting the value and nature of pre-owned luxury items. This page explains how delivery works once a purchase has been agreed through direct communication.

1) How purchases and shipping work (no public prices)

  1. C Lux does not display public prices on its website. Product pages act as a curated catalogue.
  2. To enquire, customers use the contact/quote form (replacing “Add to cart”) or contact us via [CONTACT EMAIL].
  3. A purchase is completed only after:
    • C Lux issues a written quote (price, shipping, and key conditions),
    • the customer accepts the quote in writing, and
