How we authenticate your bag
- Intake & initial inspection
We check the overall condition, craftsmanship details and consistency with the item’s model and materials. - Entrupy scan (microscopic imaging + AI analysis)
Using Entrupy’s proprietary device and app, we capture a set of microscopic images and submit them for analysis against a database built from millions of records of authentic and counterfeit items. - Result: Verified or Unverified
Entrupy returns a result in minutes for most items. When an item is Verified, it proceeds to listing. If the result is Unverified, we do not list the item (or we apply additional checks, when appropriate). - Digital certificate (where applicable)
For authenticated items, an Entrupy Authentication Certificate can be provided, with a unique link hosted on Entrupy’s servers (designed to be tamper-resistant) and backed by Entrupy’s financial guarantee. - Certificate availability: provided upon request.
